The food you eat is equally essential as the amount of weight you carry, according to Graf. A healthier and more beautiful complexion is the outcome of a high-fiber diet that is abundant in antioxidant-rich produce. Stay hydrated and eat plenty of fruits, lean meats, and green leafy vegetables. Cut back on sugary drinks like cola, which strip the body of its nutrients.
>> Loss of sleep--Lack of sleep not only makes you put on weight and have trouble focusing, but it also damages your skin by preventing it from getting the rest it needs to look its best. While you sleep, your skin and body go through a rejuvenating process. Symptoms like dry, flaky skin and dark bags under the eyes appear when this phase is disrupted due to lack of sleep.
Although getting older is a given, there are things you can do, even little things, to slow down the process. You can maintain the appearance of young, healthy skin (and body) by following a few simple rules: get plenty of sleep, eat right, and wear sunscreen every day.
